Please explain your venture to us in brief.
Royzez.com sells a wide range of products from Home Decor, women's accessories to apparels; men's wallets to their most loved gadgets & to every possible thing you can think of. We offer it all. We also offer to sell India's most unique, fashionable and best quality Carpets sourced from its Parent Company KakaOverseas Limited which is India's 5th largest carpet exporter across the globe.
When did you join the business? What have you brought to the table?
In March, 2007.
7 years of work experience in various domains and my education both has contributed to my expertise in arenas like logistics, product and distribution, fund allocation etc. With this kind of an overall experience in almost all spheres I am certain to take this company high up the ladder.
What makes this particular concept different? Are there competitors? If yes, how do you stand out?
Like every person is different from one another likewise every business venture is different from the other. Hence I feel we have only one competitor and that is us. We want to grow and become better at serving people we used to do yesterday. We take every day as a challenge and we just want to improve day by day , serve our customers to the best of our abilities and keep them happy. Thats the crux of our plan.
What is the revenue model?
We are working on Outright Purchase Model Currently but soon we are planning to move towards Transaction/Marketing Fee/Commission Based Revenue Model
Who are the consumers that you are targeting with the innovation? How is this going to affect them?
We are targeting youth and also unsatisfied customers who want to shop online but do not get proper services. We provide our customers with a personal manager who makes sure that the products are dispatched the very same day the order has been placed. We have an in-house warehouse making sure never to go wrong with the product which has to be delivered. Hence, our customers get the right product, on time and always get personal assistance from our team at every step of their purchase and even after. All these endeavors build brand loyalty, trustworthiness and makes sure our site gets repeat sales time and again.
What is the potential of growth?
People in general are shifting their focus towards online shopping. These days who has the time to go out and make purchases when you can have the very same thing with the click of a mouse. I personally believe all E commerce sites have a great potential of growth provided you are able to serve your customers to their full satisfaction and Royzez.com hits the bull's eye with this kind of strategy.
What is the strength of the organization and the scale of operations?
We have a young team of 50 and above averaging 26 years of age. These young people are energetic, enthusiastic and extremely creative. Their work spirit is so infectious that anyone would get motivated with the kind of dedication these young adults exuberate.
Give us a brief background of what you were doing before starting the venture.
Before venturing into this venture I was working with KAKA Group for 7 yrs and got hands on experience in various arenas. I have worked with Manufacturing Department and Research & Development department at KAKA Group. I have also worked as a Member of Financial Allocation Department at KAKA Group, as the Director at Shoba Woolen Mills Pvt. Ltd., as the Partner at KAKA Carpets, as the Director at KAKA Overseas Limited and I am currently working as the Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) at Royzez.com.
Our main plan for the future would be being renowned for serving our customers with the best quality products that too hassle free. “Customer is prime” that's what we believe in that's what keeps us motivated to give our best, work our best and serve our best.
Have you received any funding so far? Are you looking for funds? If yes how do you look to allocate the funds?
Royzez.com is a self-funded company.
What challenges did you face when you were starting out?
Well the major challenge while starting out was to take a call if I should start this venture or I shouldn't. This is a highly competitive market.
